The program is designed for students who meet the following criteria:
- Final-year students undergoing internships or recent graduates with Good or Excellent academic standing from universities.
- Proficient in English (Minimum IELTS 5.5 or equivalent certifications; specific requirements depend on the position).
- Outstanding academic achievements and notable contributions to community activities.
- Career orientation aligned with long-term development in Da Nang.
