About AHT Graduate Program 2026

4 Rotations

AHT Graduate Program 2026 is designed to find outstanding candidates with the potential to develop in various fields, thereby giving them the opportunity to become the next leaders who will be committed to and grow with AHT and the Aviation and Service industry.

In the first six-month rotation, you will gain hands-on experience and learn the core aspects of the function you applied for. This is followed by three additional three-month rotations across suitable functions, designed to help you build the diverse skill set needed to thrive in your career.

Due to the nature of the work, the program is looking for candidates who are about to graduate or have recently graduated, and are available to work full-time in Da Nang City starting from September 2026. We welcome applications from candidates who can meet the aforementioned requirements.
