Policies and Regulations for Media Activities at the Airport

Regulations on Filming, Photography, and Interviews
Purpose:

  1. Ensure safety and security while avoiding disruptions to airport operations.
  2. Protect the airport's brand image and maintain a safe and professional environment for passengers and partners.

- Public Areas: Filming and photography are allowed in public areas, provided they comply with the instructions of airport staff and do not obstruct traffic or disturb passengers.

- Restricted Areas: Filming and photography in restricted areas require prior written approval from the airport authority.

  1. Security screening areas for passengers, carry-on, and checked baggage in Terminals T1 and T2.
  2. Internal security screening areas.
  3. VIP security screening zones.
  4. Security checkpoints (Gates 1 to 5).
  5. Cargo terminal screening areas.
  6. Offices of Aviation Security teams.
  7. Other restricted zones (except for waiting lounges and baggage claim areas not part of security screening zones).

  1. Do not film security control zones, air traffic operation areas, or confidential equipment.
  2. Avoid affecting passengers or disrupting airport operations.
  3. Follow the guidance and instructions of airport staff during filming or photography activities.

Required Documents:

- An official request detailing the purpose, time, and location of the activity.

- Contact details of the individual or organization (including a copy of ID/Passport).

Processing Time: Submit the request at least 7 working days in advance.

Approval and Use of Images/Videos

Permission:

- All images and videos recorded at the airport must be reviewed and approved before public use. Approval is valid only upon receipt of written confirmation.

Conditions:

- Do not distort the airport's image or related information.

- Commercial use requires prior consent.
