2. Target Participants

The program is designed for students who meet the following criteria:

  • Final-year students undergoing internships or recent graduates with Good or Excellent academic standing from universities.
  • Proficient in English (Minimum IELTS 5.5 or equivalent certifications; specific requirements depend on the position).
  • Outstanding academic achievements and notable contributions to community activities.
  • Career orientation aligned with long-term development in Da Nang.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
